is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. this is an Antique Cauterizing machine from the 1920's ,Twin-Control National Transformer , National Electric Instrument Co.. This unit is made of Bake-Lite and is in real good shape, there are no chips , cracks , it is missing the gun and light . it is a Twin Transformer , 110V , 50-60 cycles , 200W . it has 3 knobs on the front , on/off , 6-way light switch , and a 4-way Cautery switch . t are 2 - 1/8" holes below each switch . the cord is in ok shape but i have not tried to power it up . Medical Cautery National Electric Instrument Co. Long Island, New York . Art Deco bakelite transformer. Height 7". Sits on a scalloped bakelite tray containing bakelite it is sold as is . this is a rare piece of Medical history .
