This is not a plastic 'kit' - it is a detailed solid 1 piece building. Made of heavy cold cast porcelain resin. Hand painted. Green felt on bottom and gold foil Lefton logo sticker

No scratches or chips.
This set comes in original box with some shelf wear on the outer decorated box and a slightly crinkled corner on the outer box only.
