    Description

    Original, Shows some signs of age and wear.  In "as-found" very good condition overall. Rubber on feet shows some cracking, but not bad for age and all four are intact. Hard to find with all rubber intact. Surface is in excellent shape. A few scratches on edges and tray surface as is normal from use. They need a very good cleaning to remove over 60 years of storage grime.
    Early 1950's Drive-In Car Hop Window Tray as manufactured by the TraCo in Dallas, Texas. It measures 14" X 10 3/4" and has the very early slide bar window support as shown in one of the photos. These were used in my parent’s drive-in restaurant, The Coffee Cup Cafe, during the 1950's and recently discovered while cleaning out an old storage building. These need a good cleaning and will make a terrific period display piece for any 50's & 60's car collector.
