Bonanza Sirloin Pit Steakhouse Restaurant Fiberglass Serving Tray
The back says:

Cambro Manufacturing Co.
Huntington Beach, Calif
1-73 (not sure if this is a date?)
This is a larger size tray as used in buffet style serving - it measures
approx. 14" x 18"
Condition is Used with signs of wear from age and use - there are the usual
stress lines, marks, etc.  (no real cracks)
The back has black marks from sliding along the metal buffet line
The last photo shows the stress lines on the back of the tray - every corner
has some (every tray we've sold has had these); this is the worst corner - all
other corners are better than this one
