For your consideration is this Antique Phillips 66 Petroleum Co~Handy Cowl Fastener with Leather Case and Radiotelegraph Code Chart on the back. This was a well-used tool. It was probably used to button down the engine covers on old Model T type cars. The radio telegraph code chart was used for Morse Code and telegraph machines. It's a great collector's piece! It's been well used and has some spotting and is bent. Please see photos to judge condition for yourself.
